Waste Disposal Limits will be established in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia

Deputies of Nizhny Novgorod Ligeslative Assembly have approved of new changes in law connected with production and consumer waste. It means that new limits on waste disposal will be established in the nearest future. This law will be related to all enterprises and legal persons. The information has been officially provided by Interfax.

In accordance with this information those limits will be established for individual entrepreneurs and legal persons whose production activity results in occurring of all types of waste. Victor Lunin who is the Chairman of Ecologic and Wildlife Legislative Assembly said that these changed are essential. They will help to improve ecological situation in the region. In accordance with those changes businessmen will be obliged to pay additional fees established by the budget in case the level of their waste disposal is exceeded.

We have already informed about the fact that Investment Council with the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod in charge was going to hold a meeting on the 31st of October in order to approve 40 applications on implementation of different investment projects in the region. They include construction of logistic center and recreation complex in Dzershinsk.
