Vladimir Putin has taken part in an opening ceremony of “RusVinil” in Kstovo, Russia
The President of Russian federation Vladimir Putin has visited Kstovo on the 19th of September. The city is located in Nizhny Novgorod region. The Head of the government has taken part in the opening ceremony and launching of the new oil and chemical enterprise that is called “RusVinil”.

This is a common project of SIBUR and SolVin companies which have equal shares in this project. The factory has a regional status. Moreover it is also included in development program of oil and chemical industry in Russia which will be implemented by 2015.

Construction of the factory was launched in 2010. The equipment is being tested at the moment. The factory is believed to produce more than 300 thousand tons of PVC and 225 thousand tons of caustic soda annually.
At the same time Vladimir Putin visited young employees of the Federal nuclear center of Physics Institute of Science and Research in Sarov.
