Victims of emergency situations will get free legal aid in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia

Free legal aid will be provided to all victims of emergency situations in Nizhny Novgorod region. As a result local authorities made necessary corrections in already existing laws which are connected with free legal aid in Nizhny Novgorod regions. Special meeting has been held on the 28th of August. In accordance with these corrections all citizens of Nizhny Novgorod region will be provided with necessary legal aid in case they have lost their documents or property, place for a living or have been injured in emergency situations that result in health problems and diseases. At the same time legal aid will include a right of a citizen to apply for legal support while getting compensation of damage. If a victim dies in emergency situation, all rights on getting necessary support and legal aid will be forwarded to his nearest relatives. It can be wife or husband, victim’s children, parents and others. It will be necessary to prove relationships with necessary documents. Only in this case r relatives will have a right to get free legal aid.
