Valery Shantsev has opened the first queue of Vykunskaya bypass road, Russia

The first queue of bypass road has been opened on the 23rd of July by Valery Shantsev. This road goes detour of Vyksa city. At the same time it connects Navashinskoye and Doschatinskoye highways. However this project does not make it possible to solve all the problems. Moreover a number of difficulties appeared while implementing this project. A necessity in creating new gas pipeline and high-voltage line has appeared. On the other hand there are some positive results due to this project. All heavy vehicles are now able to go detour the city with the help of new bypass road. The second queue is planned to be opened in 2015.

It is absolutely clear that bypass road makes it possible to solve problems which are connected with congested roads and traffic jams. This problem exists in the majority of cities in Nizhny Novgorod region. That is why Southern Bypass is still a prior task for Shantsev and government.
