US will sell weapons to Taiwan for 1.4 billion dollars
The US is going to sell a significant amount of weapons to Taiwan. It's about seven contracts totaling $ 1.4 billion. The staff of the Chinese embassy in Washington told journalists.

Along with the information on the sale of arms to Taiwan, the White House accused Beijing of supporting North Korea and imposed economic sanctions against several Chinese companies.

According to the Ambassador of the PRC to Washington, Cui Tiankaya, US actions will negatively affect the relationship between the two countries. Mutual trust between states will be undermined.

Earlier we wrote that the US imposed restrictions on China and North Korea.
