849 Ukrainian refugees still do not have permanent place of living. They settled down in 12 temporary shelters which have been arranged for them in Nizhny Novgorod region. This information has been officially provided by representatives of Federal Migration Service. It is noted that about $15 are daily spent on every refugee in order to provide with all necessary facilities and food. At the same time in accordance with statement that was made by Deputy Minister of Social Policy Svetlana Kosheleva local authorities have been financing all temporary shelters for refugees from 15th of June to 1st of September from the federal budget. More than $650 000 have already been spent. It is planned to spend another $650 000 by the end of the year. The good news is that the majority of refugees are already employed. Only 285 from 849 Ukrainian people who live on the territory of Nizhny Novgorod do not have permanent place of work. Unfortunately, some of them do not want to work and avoid any possible chances of being employed. According to information provided by the Head of Civil Employment Service Department Alexander Morozov, unemployed refugees were offered different positions for several times. Some positions also included providing of permanent place of living. However some of them are not motivated to work in accordance with Russian labor law. |
