According to him, all limitations for oil production in the USA will be lifted. This will lead to decrease of import and, therefore, the oil global market competition will be tougher. Role of the OPEK will continue to decline with the emergence of another major player, with would give Russia new opportunities. And moreover, the politician stated that USA will leave the Trans-Pacific Partnership. As he said, the TTP is a potential danger for USA. Instead of it, the Head of State will negotiate about trade transactions, which are supposed to bring jobs and production back to the USA. In relation to energy area the Head of State also said, the cancellation of limitations for hydrocarbon production including offshore fields energy sources and coal will lead to the emergence of a new high-paying jobs. This refers to the policy of regulation of the field, and, in particular, Clean Water Act , which was supported by the Barack Obama’s administration. It interferes with the expansion of hydraulic fracturing, which is used for production of shale oil.
