Nizhny Novgorod drivers should be prepared for thorough checks and inspections which are initiated by Traffic Police Department. They start today on the 6th of October and will take place on the 66th km of Nizhny Novgorod-Saratov highway. The operation is called “Tube” and it involves large about of traffic policemen from all over the region. The main goal of this operation is to determine drivers who are drunk.
