Trading Activities will be subject to a Fee starting from the 1st of July 2015
President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has already signed new bill concerning taxes and fees for trading activity. New tax rates and fees will be established towards commercial organizations and other enterprises which deal with trading activities. The list of activities includes 22 positions at the moment. However it may be expanded in the nearest future.

It should also be mentioned that trading fee will come into force starting from the 1st of July 2015 in cities of federal significance. They include Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol. However experts of Budget Committee say that only Moscow is ready to fulfill such obligations at the moment. Enterprises and municipal establishments from other cities will be established trading fees only in accordance with specific federal law.

Summing up all trading organizations will be obliged to pay new fee. They include not only enterprises, but also individual entrepreneurs which deal with different objects of real estate and other types of property. At the same time new trading fees will be established towards commercial organizations which operate by means of stationary and remote trading networks as well as organizations which sell products from there warehouses or on retail markets.

The level of new fee will be determined by normative acts of municipal formations and will be calculated in rubles for every 3month. It will also depend on trading objects and space.
