"There is no certainty that OPEC will be able to agree on the frozen production" - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak
He explained that "everything will depend on what country will hold consultations", included in the cartel.

"The OPEC quite large differences between the countries", - quotes the head of the Ministry of Energy to RIA Novosti.

Novak also said that in June "freeze" may lose relevance.

At the same time, in his opinion, the results of the meeting in Doha should not be called "a failure." The minister said that Russia and Saudi Arabia will continue to co-operate, the lack of agreement will not affect bilateral relations.
