The wealthy will invest in ‘clean’ energy
Some of wealthiest people in the world, such as the Microsoft ‘father’ Bill Gates, have  announced they had set up investing fund, amounting to 1 billion dollars.

The money should be directed to the development of clean energy production projects, according to Bloomberg.

The new fund will be named Dubbed Breakthrough Energy Ventures. Jeff Bezos, the Amazon owner, was appointed as its head. Among the founders are Richard Branson, the Virgin Group owner, Jack Ma, the board member of the Alibaba and the Prince of Saudi Arabia Alwaleed bin Talal.

According to Bill Gates, he was proud to work for the development of fundamental clean energy production research. In his opinion, the main funds’ objective is to establish a companies, which would give the affordable and ecological energy to the society.

The official goal of the establishment of the investment fund will be the long-term support of projects, that involve the introduction of technologies, which help to significantly reduce the carbon emission.
