Jean-Luc Mélenchon, which is one of the contenders for the French presidency, said that the country should leave the EU after Britain. This is the second candidate who is in favour of Frexit – earlier, a similar position on this issue has taken Marine Le Pen.

- I believe that EU treaties on free trade zone with Canada and the United States will only further worsen the economic situation of France. If we leave the EU, will be able to change in the right direction to sign in the future with other countries agreements, - said the leader of the movement "Rebellious France."

According to Mélenchon, it is unacceptable that Brussels country dictated the social and economic transformation should be carried out.

In the debate, which took place yesterday in Paris, was attended by all 11 presidential candidates of France – this was the first time in history. And, apparently, the idea of many of Mélenchon's liking, as the survey showed that it was the most convincing.

Earlier, the leader of "National front" marine Le Pen declared that wants to return France to its currency – the franc.
