The Russian government plans to ban non-draw lotteries on the Internet
The Government of the Russian Federation have drafted a number of amendments to the law, according to which will be a ban on the organization and conduct of non-draw lotteries with videolotereynyh terminals, the Internet and communications, RIA "Novosti".

The document has been posted on the official website of the government of the country.

The text states that after the adoption of the amendments to organize and conduct the lottery can only federal executive bodies authorized by the Government.

The document also stipulates that get a win on the lottery winner could only upon presentation of an identity document - passport.

More is planned to create a single registry, which will keep track of all lottery tickets and payment of winnings.
In addition, the Government will introduce restrictions on access to the sites on which the lottery and gambling are illegal.
