The Prime Minister of Canada made a deal with Trump to build a pipeline
The Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau stated that the elected president of the USA Donald Trump has supported the building of the Keystone XL, according to Reuters.

During his address in Calgary, the oil capital of Canada, Trudeau told to the press that Trump has appreciated the suggestion of resumption of building the pipeline in the USA from the Canadian province Alberta.

As Trump said in May, “I would absolutely approve it, 100 per cent, but I would want a better deal. I want it built, but I want a piece of the profits. That’s how we’re going to make our country rich again.”

Canada has been U.S.’s largest supplier for a long time, but in recent years U.S.A. improved its’ own production, it’s becoming Canada’s biggest rival.

The Keystone XL is capable of producing up to 830 thousand barrels per day. Its’ building has been frozen by decision of the outgoing President Barack Obama out of concern for the environment. The Prime Minister Trudeau suggests that Canada would get extraordinary capabilities in case if Trump administration disengages from the policy to combat with climate changes.
