The export of Russian gas grew by 12%
Gazprom was able to increase the supply of blue fuel to non-CIS countries significantly. According to the company, from the beginning of the year, exports increased by 12% compared to last year's figures and amounted to 118.3 billion cubic meters.

During the eight and a half months of this year, Russian gas supplies to Greece were increased by 13.2%, to Turkey - by 22.4%, to Hungary - by 24.4%, and to Serbia - by 40.8%.

It should be noted that following the results of 2016, Gazprom increased gas exports to foreign countries by 12.5%. In total, the company supplied to foreign states 179.3 billion cubic meters of gas, which was a record indicator. At the same time, Gazprom noted that this year it would be possible to update the historical maximum, increasing the supply to 180 billion cubic meters of blue fuel.
