The export duty on oil starting next month, will drop to 84 USD per ton. This was announced by the Ministry of Finance.

The export duty for oil will fall to 84 USD per ton from May 1
According to calculations of the Ministry, the average price of Urals oil from March 15 to April 14, 2017 - $ 50,04 $ per barrel or 365,3 USD for a ton.

The Finance Ministry has calculated that the export duty on oil in Russia from 1 May 2017 will be reduced from 88,9 USD to 84 USD per ton. Since 1 April it has also been reduced by 2.1 of the dollar. In March the fee was $ 91. The duty on heavy oil since May 1 will decrease by $ 0.9 - 13.8 to 12.9 per dollar.

Preferential rate of duty on oil for some Eastern Siberian ,Caspian fields and Prirazlomnoye will not change and will remain zero, in the same way as the duty on liquefied natural gas.
The duty on light oil products and oil will amount to 25.2 dollars per ton, on dark - $ 84. The export duty on commercial gasoline will drop to 25.2 per dollar, naphtha (nafta) - to 46.2 dollars per ton. Duty on coke would amount to 5.4 dollars per ton.
