In the near future, the Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia will choose punishment for Google Inc. and Google Ireland Ltd. The company has not fulfilled the requirements of the FAS in the case of abuse of a dominant position on the market of mobile applications in the Android operating system.
Recall that a violator of the law on competition, Google admitted in September 2015. The case against the company was initiated on request "Yandex". The courts supported the Antimonopoly service, although the Corporation was required to recognize the FAS ' decision invalid.
According to the prescription Department, Google had to eliminate the revealed violations, in particular, a preset on gadgets with Android OS apps.
