The best ambulance squad has been announced in Arzamas, Russia

The final stage of “ambulance” competition has taken place in Azamas, Nizhny Novgorod region. More than 26 rescue squads have participated in this tournament. They include teams from all over the region. The competition consisted of several stages. Health care providing teams have shown their skills in first aid. They had to save victims of car accidents from severe injuries and complete their difficult tasks. Special simulators have been used in order to create different situations. At the end of the competition when all tasks have been successfully completed, the jury has chosen the best ambulance team. It was awarded with precious prizes and certificates. Hospitals have also prepared several pleasant surprises for their winners. Ministry Healthcare in Nizhny Novgorod region pays attention to the fact that this competition has already turned into a tradition. The first ambulance tournament took place in 2007. At first main participants represented mostly emergency response teams. However, now ambulance and rescue squads can also take part in this interesting event.
