Students of Nizhny Novgorod Medical Academy do not suffer from Ebola Virus

Medical experts were afraid of the fact that foreign students could be the reason of Ebola fever occurring in Nizhny Novgorod. However there is no any threat for citizens. This information was provided by media office of Medical Academy that has located in the capital of Volga region. Experts of the academy say that more 15 requests have been sent to the media office from different mass media sources. These requests have been made due to the fact that Ministry of Education and Science decided to put off the beginning of educational year to foreign students. Such measures were caused by occurrence of Ebola virus. At the same time some medical experts have also foreseen that this disease will be in Russia by the 23rd of October. Representatives of Nizhny Novgorod medical Academy also paid attention to the fact that 40% of all foreign students who study in this institute are people form African countries. They have never been main sources of any virus diseases over the last 20 years. It means that Ebola virus will not be an exception in this situation. Moreover it can’t be transmitted by airborne droplets. In addition there are no such disease vectors in Russia. They usually include fruit-eating bats which are eaten by the lowest and poorest citizens of African countries.
