Special economy zone will be created in Dzershinsk, Russia
Valery Shantsev who has been already elected as the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region held a meeting with the President of Russian federation Vladimir Putin in Sarov. Region development projects have been discussed during this meeting. The information is provided by media office of the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region.

At the same time Shantsev offered Putin to create a special economic zone in Dzershinsk. This is due to the fact that this city is considered to be one of the main centers of chemical industry in Russia. The Governor paid attention of the President to the fact that huge capital-intensive enterprises are located here. Unfortunately they have lost some of their technological advantages. That is why they will certainly turn out to be beneficiary for investors. Additional governmental benefits and facilities will make it possible for the city to attract additional investors.

The officials have also discussed future perspective of cooperation between government and business. Shantsev noted that new bill that obliges signing an agreement of life cycle is to the detriment of industry level. The list of industry fields has been reduced due to new bill. Some of them will not take part in investment agreements.

In the end of the meeting president promised Shantsev to introduce his offer to the government of the Russian federation for its further approval.
