Social program of medical examination is launched in Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia

“Mobile diagnostics: control your health” social program has been launched today on the 2nd of September in Nizhny Novgorod region. This information was officially provided by the Governor’s media office. This program was arranged by medical specialists and establishments of Nizhny Novgorod. They were supported by the government of the region. The main aim is to examine and determine different diseases and risk factors. Highly qualified experienced specialists of diagnostic center will examine citizens of 21 districts in the region throughout 2 weeks. Citizens of Nizhny Novgorod will get a chance to consult cardiologists, surgeons, neurologist, endocrinologist and mammalogist. All necessary actions and examinations will be held in local regional central hospitals. In addition special mobile medical centers will also be used for this purpose. Such centers have the most innovative and modern medical equipment. Mobile complexes are equipped with ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, equipment for ergometric study and duplex scanning of vessels along with upper and lower limbs. Here doctors will make electrocardiograms along with echocardiography. The lists of patients will be created in local regional central hospitals. The program includes not only free medical examinations and testing, but also consultations on different questions such as prevention of various diseases. This will make citizens of Nizhny Novgorod region more health oriented. Note: on medical examinations and early diagnostics will help to prevent different diseases and stimulate fast recovery.
