The head of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin in an exclusive interview with Reuters noted the internal contradictions within the leadership of the oil cartel and its inability to influence the oil market. The head of the state Corporation Sechin is the only one who opposed the agreements with OPEC and now, after the failure of negotiations in Doha, gave the first comment to the press. "On the existing global oil market is influenced by a number of objective factors, which excludes the possibility to impose its will on the market.
