Russia will maintain a moratorium on licenses to develop shelf
In Russia in the near future is not planned to cancel the issuance of licenses to develop fields on the shelf. About it the correspondent of the Federal network edition "Ecology of regions" learned in the press service of the Ministry of the Russian Federation.

The head of Federal Agency Sergey Donskoy noted that over the past year were results of a sufficiently large number of licenses for development of fields on the shelf. The don during his working trip to Murmansk drew attention that the Russian government is not going to lift the moratorium on the issuance of licenses for mining. New solutions for moratorium Russian officials have not yet scheduled.

It is not excluded that discussion of this issue in Russia will be possible. But only after stabiliziruemost the situation on the oil market. That moratorium was introduced in Russia by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation in the past year.

Restricting the temporary moratorium did not affect the work of "Rosneft" and "Gazprom" - they have permission for development. According to Sergei Donskoy, the Russian government has no intention to increase the threshold of reserves to deposits of Federal significance.
