The main building of Sperbank in Nizhny Novgorod is on fire. It is located on Oktyabrskaya Street, 35. This information was provided by our own resource from the bank.

“A lot of smoke has been detected on the 8th or 9th floor. All employees were evacuated at short notice. Fire brigade has already come right up to the place and has started putting out the fire. No one is let inside the building” – our source said.

We should also mention that no one has been injured. At the same time all the people have divided into two groups. The first one is about to go home as their working days is almost over. Others are still ready to wait in the nearest cafes.

The reason of fire is still unknown. However some time before it started air conditioning went out of order. That is why experts think that this is all due to short circuit.
