Russia: Sorokin is hoping that blue fence will be soon removed from the Nizhnevozhskaya seafront

This notorious blue fence is the most annoying sightseeing of Nizhny Novgorod. Nothing was done about it for 6 years. It spoils all beauty of Nizhnevozhskaya seafront. Tourists and citizens are not even able to enjoy the picturesque view because of this ugly fence. However Soroking and all citizens of Nizhny Novgorod can now truly hope that it will be removed soon enough in accordance with decision that has been taken by Regional Arbitration Court. According to this decision an agreement between Rosimushchestvj and “Trade-Park” ltd has been terminated. It should be mentioned that this trial is not the first and probably not the last. At first court has made its decision in favor of “Trade-Park” in October 2013. However this decision has been changed in May 2013. New trial has taken place 3 days ago on the 13th of July 2014. However building company is planning to falsify a judgment in Vladimir. We can hardly say if local authorities will be able to prepare seafront for the upcoming Football World Cup 2018 that will take place in Russia.
