Russia allocates a new issue of securities in international markets. Monday, may 23, confirmed the information in the press center of the Ministry of Finance. The Ministry stressed that the issue of Eurobonds will be carried out according to the program of external borrowing, according to the Federal law on the budget for 2016. Organization of placing of Eurobonds will act as investment Bank "VTB Capital". It is assumed that the Russian budget can raise up to three billion dollars through the placement of bonds on international markets. Funds will be used to cover the budget deficit, which is of 2.36 trillion rubles. Last week Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said that getting foreign credits is not a priority for Russia, and, if necessary, the Federal budget will be able to find the sources of financing the deficit on the inside financial market of the country. | |
