Russia: Nizhny Novgorod region has sent 5 tons of humanitarian cargo to Donbas
5 tons of humanitarian cargo have been sent from Nizhny Novgorod region to Donbas on the 3rd of September. Ministry of Social Policy has provided all necessary support. This information was provided by Governor’s media office.

In accordance with this information humanitarian aid has been sent to citizens of Lugansk and Donetsk on the 3rd of September by citizens of Nizhny Novgorod region.

Ministry of Social Policy helped to complete all necessary formalities and arrangements. It was made in cooperation with Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Emergency Situations in Nizhny Novgorod region.

It took citizens several days to collect 5 tons of humanitarian aid. Different public organizations have also taken part in it. Acting Minister of Social Policy Olga Noskova said that cargo includes clothes, food products, medication and water.

She also said that convoy will be accompanied by “Night Wolves” bikers. They are heading towards Rostov region at the moment. Then cargo will be transported on the territory of Ukraine.
