Russia: Nizhny Novgorod budget received additional 4.3 billion rubles

Agro-industrial complex Commission of the Legislative Assembly in Nizhny Novgorod region has approved of budget amendments for 2014-2016. Deputy Minister of Finance Lyudmila Starostina said during the meeting that budget revenues have increased by 514 million rubles if taking into consideration these amendments. At the same time budget expends have also increased by 574 million rubles. In other words budget deficit has increased by 60 million rubles. Starostina paid attention to the fact that tax and non-tax revenues have decreased.

The level of subsidies from the federal budget has increased by 4.3 billion rubles. 4.1 billion rubles will be spent on providing of the budget volatility, salary increase and compensations of arrears of consolidated group of taxpayers.

Lyudmila Starostina also said that main budget expands in Nizhny Novgorod region will be connected with traffic companies’ support in order they could purchases buses which are using natural gas as the main source of fuel. They will also deal with railroad transportation compensations and completing with cancer clinic construction works.
