Russia may submit to the international court of justice in January  Ukraine declares its readiness to negotiate
In December last year, the Russian leadership has said that if Ukraine fails to pay a debt of $3 billion until 2016, the issue will be resolved through the international court of justice. The Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov has informed, the claim may be sent in late January.

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, in turn, said he was willing to negotiate on restructuring of Eurobonds worth $3 billion this is stated in the official message of the Ministry.

The Ministry of Finance of the neighboring state reports that they have managed to reach an agreement with Sberbank to restructure its debt at 507 million dollars in loans, "Avtodor" and CB "southern".

We will note, at the end of last year, the government of Ukraine approved an Ordinance that imposes a moratorium on the payment of official debt of $3,075 billion and loans of "Ukravtodor" and "South" of $507 million.
