"Average daily production of liquid hydrocarbons decreased in the first quarter of 2017 compared to October 2016, slightly more than 70 thousand barrels per day due to the external restrictions imposed on Russian oil companies, and adverse weather conditions," — said in the press release of "Rosneft". In comparison with the first quarter of 2016, the company increased production of oil and gas condensate production by 11.7% — from 50.22 to 56.12 million tons. Production growth was achieved through the acquisition of new assets and the development of existing fields, it said in a press release.
