"Rosneft" reported about the reduction of production in the framework of the Vienna agreement
"Average daily production of liquid hydrocarbons decreased in the first quarter of 2017 compared to October 2016, slightly more than 70 thousand barrels per day due to the external restrictions imposed on Russian oil companies, and adverse weather conditions," — said in the press release of "Rosneft".

In comparison with the first quarter of 2016, the company increased production of oil and gas condensate production by 11.7% — from 50.22 to 56.12 million tons. And then it is noted that in the fourth quarter of last year "Rosneft" has made 57,81 million tons of liquid hydrocarbons. Production growth was achieved through the acquisition of new assets and the development of existing fields, it said in a press release.

By 1 May, domestic producers of raw materials have reduced the total volume of production at 300,79 thousand barrels per day by October 2016. The quota for Russia amounted to 300 thousand b/d.
