Residents of Nizhny Novgorod may take part in outdoor exercises

Outdoor physical exercise for all residents of Nizhny Novgorod and its regions has taken place at 11 a.m. on the 7th of August in Prioksky district. It was held on a sports ground in school #48. Information was provided by City Administration media office.

This event was hosted by Darya Kuzharina who is a Russian badminton champion. The main god of such outdoor exercise is to commemorate the Day of Physical Training. It attracts a lot of people and involves them into a physical activity. Everyone was able to take part in this outdoor exercise. All participants were presented with memorable souvenirs. This event has been initiated by Prioksky district administration.

The Head of District Administration Sergey Belov noted that everyone should be involved in physical training as it has a positive effect on our health and body,
