Over 1,100 Liters of Illegal Alcohol Were Removed During Alfa Future People Festival in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia
Alfa Future People festival is a huge annual musical event that takes place in Nizhny Novgorod region. This year’s event attracted thousands of people from all over the world. They enjoyed great atmosphere of the festival along with award-winning music. However, policemen were also rather active during the festival. According to official information provided by Police department media office, they removed 1,106 liters of illegal alcohol, which was distributed by local citizens who live nearby.

Local citizens appeared to be rather creative and tried to sell over 1,100 liters of illegal alcohol to participants and guests of the fest without any licenses and permissions to act in this field.  In addition alcoholic drinks provided by local citizens has not met necessary quality standards and requirements. In other words, they were potentially risky for people’s health. 22 administrative offenses have been registered by policemen and the whole amount of illegal alcohol was confiscated.
