“Older generation” exhibition has taken place in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia
A huge event for elderly people has taken place in Nizhny Novgorod from the 18th to 21st of September. The event was called “Older generation” and it was arranged in the form of exhibition. Visitors were able to get acquainted with different goods and services. Ministry of Social Policy in Nizhniy Novgorod has arranged this great event.

The exhibition was opened on the 18th of September at 11:00. Exciting opening ceremony has been arranged. Deputy Head of Nizhny Novgorod region Dmitry Svatkovsky congratulated every guest on this occasion. The exhibition has provided elderly people and pensioners with a great opportunity to study different computer programs as well as get acquainted with the “Internet alphabet”.

“Internet alphabet” is a new program which was developed by “Rostelekom” in cooperation with Russian Pension Fund and Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. The program is mainly aimed on elderly people.

New Russian search engine has also been introduced during the exhibition. It is called “Sputnik”. All visitors were able to take part in seminars, professional and studying classes, discussions and communications with representatives of social protection services and governmental departments.
