The average price of 1 square meter of living area is about 60 thousand rubles in July 2014 which is 0.49% higher in comparison with the previous month. The most expensive real estate is indicated in new blocks of flats which are located in Nizhegorodsky district. The average price of 1 square meter of living area is 88 thousand rubles. The prices have also increased in Sormovsky district up to 54 thousand rubles for one square meter of living area.
