New Residential Complexes will be built in Nizhny Novgorod Region, Russia

The last working day of October has turned out to be rather efficient for the Regional Investment Council. Its representatives have approved applications on providing part of land in Borsky and Balahinsky districts for construction of new residential complexes. In accordance with those projects 140 thousand square meters have been provided for construction of residential complex new Ovechkino village. More than 1.6 billion rubles will be invested in this project. The share of own funds of the building company is only 25% of all sum. “Dynasty Stroy” Ltd will be implementing this project. 60 two-storied townhouses will be built. They will provide citizens with 333 apartments with the highest level of comfort. This residential complex will be also followed by a kindergarten and parking places. Another residential complex will be constructed near Lukino. The project includes building of 100 cottages. More than 200 thousand square meters have been provided for construction of this complex. 560 million rubles will be spent on its implementation. “Stability-NN” Ltd will be in charge of all building works. The share of own funds of the company is 18%. Both projects are planned to be finished within 4 years. At the same time the Regional Investment Council has also approved projects on construction of two plants in the suburbs of Dzershinsk and Nizhny Novgorod. They also include creation of free parking places in Sormovsky district.
