More than 2 000 Road Signs will appear in Nizhny Novgorod

Representatives of Nizhny Novgorod City Administration shared their ideas about future plans on 2015. In accordance with these plans more than 2 000 road signs will appear in Nizhny Novgorod in the nearest future. In other words old road signs will be replaced by new ones.

At the same time local authorities are planning to print 61.7 thousand square meters of road marking on different territories of the cities including yards. This road marking will be printed using special paints and vanishes. The main aim is to complete all necessary works till the 9th of May. Such information was provided by the Head of Transport and Communication Department in Nizhny Novgorod.

City Administration is also planning to complete all necessary road repairing works including those spots which are considered to be in very bad condition. They are the main priority at the moment.

We have already informed our readers about the fact that local authorities are going to implement special program which is aimed on improving system of city public transport. Such improvements will include additional routes which will pass through new districts and developing territories. However the overall length of all routes will be reduced.
