Mobile communication in Russia can be free
Mobile communication in Russia can become free. So, according to experts, this can be done using the "start" of a new virtual operator, which in few weeks will start to work in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

According to preliminary data, the virtual operator will be free to provide only the basic service package, while for the extended sets will need to pay. In turn, the management of a virtual operator suggests that the project will exist only if revenue from premium subscribers will be enough to offset the costs on those who use mobile phones for free. In other words, if subscribers of paid services will be insufficient, the project will cease operations. Thus experts pay attention that variants of the termination of activity of the mobile operator can be two or a full withdrawal from the market or work only on a fee basis.

It is worth noting that, according to analysts, the business model with free basic package today is fairly common in the IT industry, so the new operator may face serious difficulties, and after a couple of months out of the market.
