Oil prices have moved to increase on Thursday, the price of Brent rose above $ 46 per barrel, which marks the first time since December last year, reports Bloomberg.

The cost of the June futures for Brent crude on London's ICE Futures Exchange to 9:10 MSK jumped $ 0.29 (0.63%) - up to $ 46.09 per barrel. By the market close on Tuesday futures price was 45.8 per barrel, up $ 1.77 (4.02%) higher than the previous session.

Futures price for WTI crude oil for June in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (the NYMEX) has increased by this time to $ 0.28 (0.63%) - up to $ 44.46 per barrel. As a result of the previous trading contract rose by $ 1.55 (3.77%) to $ 42.63 per barrel.
