Lightning strike has burnt two houses in Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia

Two houses have been damaged due to a lightning strike on the 29th of July. Both houses have been burnt. This information was provided by media office of Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The first fire started in Kalinin village, Vetluzhsky district. As the result one of the houses has been totally destroyed. Its living space was 96 square meters.

The second fire has started at 6:30 p.m. on Shkolnaya Street, Vyksa. It led to roof damage along with total damage of interior all over 100 square meters of living space.

Nature has not also passed Nizhny Novgorod by. A heavy storm has taken place in the second part of the day. It was raining heavily. All roads turned into mountain rivers at short notice. However citizens are already used to such weather and road conditions.

There were no other inconveniences because of such a bad weather.
