Fincraft Group got a new president - Kenes Rakishev
Kenes Rakishev, the well known international entrepreneur, initiated and completed the major reshuffle in Fincraft Group. Indicating the strive to consolidate power and simplify the management of a big and versatile company he, as a single owner, appointed himself as a president. In the same time Kenes Rakishev asked to delete listings of Fincraft Capital JSC as it is no longer an independent organization.

Kenes Rakishev, as the only shareholder of Fincraft Group, voiced a number of decisions concerning the organizational structure of the company. It becomes evident from the data published by KASE, the national public company register.

A new version of the charter of Fincraft Group LLP was approved. With it the powers of the Chairman of the company Minzanov Pavel, his first Deputy of Orunbaeva Asel, Deputy Chairman of the management Board and a member of the Board Ibrahimli Bolat were terminated.

On March 1, 2021, the sole executive body of the company was formed, and Kenes Rakishev was appointed as the president. Paul Mynzhanov, Asel Orunbaeva, Bolat Ibrahimli became vice-presidents of Fincraft Group.

On January 21, 2021, S&P Global Ratings upgraded Fincraft Group's long-term credit rating from B to B+. The rating outlook is set to 'stable'. The short-term credit rating was confirmed at level B. The rating on the national scale was upgraded from kzBB+ to kzBBB.

Earlier it was reported that the Board of Directors of BTA Bank JSC decided to de-list the shares of Fincraft Capital JSC from the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on February 4, 2021. The reason is a change in the development strategy of Fincraft Capital.

Kenes Rakishev's intent to keep an eye on the big company is closely connected to the need to control major financial streams running through it.
