“Jupiter” concert Hall was sold in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia
“City-Center” Ltd managed to win bidding for sale of “Jupiter” concert Hall. Such purchase cost the company 241 million 548 thousand rubles. “Credo-Prof” Ltd along with Volodin and Travkina individual entrepreneurs has also taken place in bidding.

There were four unsuccessful attempts to sell “Jupiter” concert Hall by means of an auction. Later City Administration decided to sell the building with the help of public offer. The starting price was 210 million rubles. A 2822 square meters territory goes together with the building of the concert Hall. Its price is 69.9 million rubles. The main condition of the deal was to keep the main purpose of the concert Hall in Nizhny Novgorod.

According to the Committee on City Property Management and Land Administration this building also needs implementing of fire precaution measures and activities.
