Kostroma Philharmonic Quartet and David Goloshchekin have performed in Record cinema concert on the 25th of November. This concert has been arranged with support of Minister of Culture in Nizhny Novgorod Sergey Gorin. This concert is also a part of the program called “Year of Culture” in Nizhny Novgorod region. The information was officially provided by governmental media office. The concert started at 7 p.m.

David Goloshchekin is one of the most reputable and famous jazz musicians not only in St. Petersburg but also in Russia. He plays jazz for more than 45 years.

He has been in charge of jazz ensemble since 1968. Together they have travelled with concerts all over the world.

He opened his own Philharmonic of Jazz Music in 1989.

He is also a founder of popular international jazz festival which is called “White Night Swing”.

David Goloshchekin is a host of numerous informational programs which are devoted to jazz music.
