Summer cinema has become rather popular with citizens and guests of Nizhny Novgorod over the last years.

Grand Opening of Summer Cinema in Nizhny Novgorod on May 30

This yea festival on Markin square will be launched on May 30 with popular French and Italian movie called “The Science of Sleep” directed by Michel Gondry casting Gael García Bernal, Charlotte Gainsbourg and more.
Organizers of the festival say that this season has something interesting to offer when it comes to European cinema. In addition this year’s new feature is Silent Movie and Live Music.

Last year films from different directors over the globe were screening in the Summer Cinema. They included Hungarian, Czech, Korean, German and French films. Last year festival was launched with “Inside Llewyn Davis” movie directed by Coen brothers.

The Summer Cinema is located on Rozhdestvenskaya street, Nizhny Novgorod. It will be officially opened on May 30. All guests will be provided with warm blankets and other necessary facilities to feel comfortable and cozy. At the same time the weather is expected to be rather warm and bright during screening.
