The final estimate of Germany’s gross domestic product showed that it has grown by 1,5 percent in annualized terms in third quarter of 2016, according to the information provided by Federal Bureau of Statistics (Destatis). In a quarterly indicator the increase was 0,2 percent. According to a survey conducted by Reuters, was expected the growth by 1,7 percent in annualized terms and by 0,2% in quarterly terms. In a second quarter the growth of Germany’s economy was 3,1percent in annualized terms and 0,5 percent in quarterly terms. Germany’s GDP growth in the second quarter amounted to 1,8% considering seasonal adjustment. Today at 4:00 (UTC-5) the estimate of the business climate by the IFO Research Institute became known. According to a forecast, the rate remained unchanged since October and stood at 110,5 points– the highest rate since April. The research company GfK will publish the German’s economy approval ratings today at 7:00 (UTC-5). It is expected to remain at November’s level – 9,7 points – the lowest since June 2016. |
