Future people will live for 20 years only
Russian scientists are sure that people will leave no longer than 20 years in average in the nearest future. This is mostly due to the fact that modern bacteria are rather adaptable to antibiotics. In other words it means that they will no longer be efficient while curing several diseases. This topic has been discussed during medical conference that was called “Antibiotic resistance as the main challenge to the world’s community of XXI century”.

Many years ago people died of dysentery and typhoid at the age of 20-30. Later treatment to such diseases has been introduced. Professor of Moscow Medical University Sergey Yakovlev is sure that microbes and bacteria are able to adapt to new medicines and transform into new microorganisms. Moreover scientists are sure that invention of new antibiotics is very unlikely to take place in the nearest future. This fact may lead to the increase of mortality level. This is also due to the fact that antibiotics are now used not only in medical care field, but also in agriculture and livestock.
