Every Third Russian High School lost its License
The government has revoked licenses from 185 educational establishments all over the country. They were excluded from the federal registry. Such measures have been taken by representatives of Education Control Department.

More than 508 high schools and their branches have been checked during examination. They included educational establishments which have already been recommended to proceed with reorganization in 2013. At the same time there were high schools which did not take part in previous monitoring.

The most common violations include the lack of documents which allow using particular buildings and constructions. At the same time in some establishments classrooms do not meet necessary requirements and suffer from lack of educational equipment. Moreover violations of providing educational service have also been determined in some establishments. More than 736 protocols have been created after such monitoring. The overall amount of fines for all administrative violations is 15 million rubles.

Apart from high schools which lost their licenses, 36 establishments are not allowed recruiting new students. However, monitoring is not over yet. The whole situation will be clear by spring 2015. Limitations for some high schools and branches will be in force during this period.
