Russian Central Bank is planning to exchange information regarding credit reports and scores with other banks which are included in Eurasian Economic Union. Banks of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus and Russia are a on them. This question has already been discussed by representatives of credit report market during their operational meeting which took place last week. According to available information experts offered to proceed with credit report and score information via credit report bureau in every particular country included in the EEU. Banks will send requests in credit report bureaus in case of necessity and special department will forward the request to a necessary bureau of particular company which citizens are applying for a credit. The Head of United Credit Bureau Daniel Zelensky said that bureaus receive numerous of such requests. However, banks have no right to provide third parties with such information according to current laws. That is why this question needs to be regulated. |
