Elon Musk has offered a 19-year-old Florida man money to pull a tweeter bot out of the air that tracks the flights of his private jet. This is reported by CNN. Nineteen-year-old Jack Sweeney received a direct message from Musk in late November asking him to take the Twitter account in question offline. It would be a security risk for Musk. In exchange for taking the account offline, Musk offered him $ 5,000. But Sweeney wanted $ 50,000 so that he could also pay for his studies and "maybe a Tesla Model 3". Musk did not go into that. Sweeney did offer him technical advice so that he could prevent his private flights from being tracked with a blocking program. Musk seems to have done that. Yet Jack Sweeney is still able to track his flights. "It just got a little harder," he says. |
