Gazprom has already determine direction of “Turkish Stream” that will go on the bottom of the Black Sea. The information has been officially provided by representatives of the company during meeting of Head of Gazprom Alexey Miller and Turkish Minister of Energy. The first line will provide with 15.75 billion cubic meters of gas. It is supposed to be constructed by the end of 2016. Overall there will be 4 pipe lines with annual capacity up to 63 billion cubic meters of gas. Half of the route will lie upon the territory of ex South Stream. It is about 660 km long. New route covers 250 km distance over the European part of Turkey. Gazprom and Botas are working out the schedule and plan for implementation of the project and further cooperation between two companies. |
