The privatization plan was discussed on July 23th, 2014 at the session of the government of the region.

According to expertsí opinion, the total cost of the object is 70 million roubles, writes the city portal Nizhniy Novgorod. However, there is a trend in recent years to lower income from privatization of property. Moreover, the number of objects of state property, which could be turned over for privatization, is being reduced.
